Part of the Protur Group of hotels, the 5 star Hotel Biomar Gran is situated around 400 metres from the beach in the quiet "El Dorado" district of the popular resort of Sa Coma on the central east coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 65km north east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 300 metres from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and cafes.

Open to the public in May 2008, the modern low rise Hotel Biomar Gran has a total of 216 guest rooms, including 2 duplex Suites, 174 Junior Suites, 38 twin rooms with king size beds and a further 2 single rooms, all of which are distributed between 2 five storey buildings and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes and slippers, along with a safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone, high speed WiFi internet access, a plasma screen satellite television with music channels, iron and ironing board, a mini bar, writing desk, coffee and tea maker, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.
