Part of the Protur Group of hotels, the 4 star Hotel Sa Coma Playa is situated around 350 metres from the beach, in the quiet "El Dorado" district of the popular resort of Sa Coma on the central east coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 65km east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 400 metres from commercial centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and cafes.

Built in 1985 and fully refurbished during the winter of 2002, the modern Hotel Sa Coma Playa has a total of 326 guest rooms, including 250 standard twin rooms, 15 Suites and a further 61 single rooms, which are built over 7 floors, and set amidst almost 20,000m2 of landscaped Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces overlooking a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone, plasma flat screen satellite television, mini bar and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.
